The Item Upgrader is a risk/reward progression system. It shows eligible input items, required materials or currency, the possible outcome and the confirmation action. The preview is authoritative for your account and current balance.

Safe upgrade routine

1. Open the upgrader and select the base item. 2. Read every required material and fee. 3. Confirm the displayed success chance or outcome; do not rely on an old screenshot. 4. Bank your spare copy before attempting a risky upgrade. 5. Check the result and Collection log after completion.

What an upgrade can change

An upgrade may change the item’s name, stats, combat style, special attack, equip requirements or trade/sacrifice value. A visual change alone is not proof of a better item: examine the upgraded item and compare it with your current loadout.

Player decision guide

Use common drops and surplus materials for learning attempts. Reserve guaranteed best-in-slot uniques for the upgrade path only after checking the replacement cost, Burn Point value and the next boss upgrade. If the interface does not display a requirement or result, stop and report it rather than guessing.
