The Desert Treasure II boss family contains four mechanically distinct solo encounters, each with normal progression, statistics and source-defined rewards. Dedicated wiki pages record the Age of Embers displayed drop tables rather than relying on generic rates.

Melee

Vardorvis

Axes, prayer reaction and an accelerating fight. Rewards include the Ultor vestige, axe head, Blood quartz and Butch.

Melee

Duke Sucellus

Preparation, vents, gaze timing and a repeatable attack rhythm. Rewards include the Magus icon, Eye of the Duke and Baron.

Ranged

The Leviathan

Fast protection-prayer changes, stuns and a movement-heavy enrage. Rewards include the Venator vestige and Lil'viathan.

Magic

The Whisperer

Sanity, shadow-realm mechanics and prayer switching. Rewards include the Bellator vestige, Shadow quartz and Wisp.

Shared reward structure

The normal tables include a boss-specific unique family, Virtus armour pieces, an Awakener's orb route, quartz, supplies and a cosmetic pet. Vardorvis and Duke use a base unique roll with weighted rewards; Leviathan and Whisperer use their own explicit normal-table logic. Each individual page lists the quantities and displayed denominator from its game data.

Awakened encounters

Awakened variants are designed for players who already clear normal mode reliably. The supplied base includes separate awakened drop definitions for Duke, Leviathan and Whisperer, while Vardorvis selects normal or awakened behaviour inside its primary script. Completing all awakened bosses participates in the Ancient blood ornament kit check.

Recommended order

There is no mandatory order, but players should begin with the encounter that best matches their strongest combat style. Learn survival and repeatable mechanic handling before investing Awakener's orbs. Use Burn Points and Pet perks to identify account-wide effects that support the chosen encounter.
